Handling & Dispatch
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and correspond to the delivery service selected. All delivery timeframes are approximate and begin from the date of dispatch.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.

We currently ship to locations within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our base in Cheltenham, England.
