Our Promise
We carefully inspect, clean, and grade all pre-owned cycling clothing. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Have any original tags still attached (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and baselayers
  • Socks
  • Items marked Final Sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@pedallingwears.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Return Postage

  • UK returns: postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • Please use a tracked service — you're responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Pre-owned items are usually one-offs. If you'd like a different size or item, simply place a new order and return the original.

Faulty or Mis-described Items

If your item is faulty or materially different from its description:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We'll make it right — either a full refund or a replacement

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
